Internships in Communication, Marketing, Training, and HR

We offer internships in nearly all departments, from production to development and research. Communication and training are key areas that we focus on, from our largest department, People & Organisation, which supports the entire business, to smaller departments where you'll assist with internal communication or training.

The Communication, Marketing, Training, and HR pipeline includes internships where you'll support:

  • Managers
  • Project leaders
  • Training specialists
  • Management Assistants
  • Change Management Partners
  • Talent Acquisition Consultants

You'll primarily be assisting in areas such as:

  • Communication
  • Project Management
  • Training and learning
  • Administrative Support
  • Marketing
  • Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
  • Early talent
  • Talent management and development
  • Employer Branding

Your tasks will vary depending on the department, but may include:

  • Creating short videos
  • Creating content for SharePoint and Yammer
  • Creating presentations
  • Assisting with internal communication
  • Assisting with training material
  • Providing insights on training or internal communication to the team
  • Stakeholder management
  • Recruitment support or assessment support (only for HR profiles)

 

Internship Details

An internship position at Novo Nordisk is between 18-37 hours per week, with most positions requiring 37 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.

  • Internships can last from 3 to 6 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 12 months
  • Internships are paid if your educational program allows it
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required

Please note that you can have an internship at Novo Nordisk only once, regardless of the duration.

 

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Training, or HR (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR and communication-related education) and have at least 6 months left of your studies.

We are seeking interns who are eager to learn, can manage their time effectively, and have some experience in their field and working with various stakeholders.

Fluency in English is a requirement, and your CV should be submitted in English.

 

Joining a Talent Pipeline at Novo Nordisk

Most of our Internship positions are filled through our Talent Pipelines. By joining, you'll be considered for numerous positions that aren't publicly advertised. If your profile matches a position, we'll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager. 

You'll remain in the Pipeline for up to 6 months unless you choose to withdraw. After 6 months, due to GDPR, we close the pipelines and notify all active candidates, providing a link to reapply to our new Talent Pipelines.
