The position

As a Training Supporter, you will play a central role in ensuring the most effective training and ensuring the competence development of colleagues. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Supporting management in ensuring an effective training setup and thereby ensuring that the department complies with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively driving and anchoring training-related improvement projects, including communication and implementation of training strategies, which you are involved in together with our central training organization.
  • Use your project management skills to support the implementation of a new training setup for our API facility of the future.
  • Design and develop training solutions.
  • Provide administrative support related to training.

 

In this role, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with your training supporter team, and it is expected that you are proactive in initiating projects to improve the training setup in the area.

 

Qualifications

 

To succeed in the position, you must have:

  • A relevant academic degree or experience in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilitating workshops, managing project plans and coordinating within large projects.
  • Experience with training in a GxP production environment,  with additional experience in the pharmaceutical industry being advantageous.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, in both written and spoken.

 

As an individual, you are outgoing person and possess a structured approach to tasks. You demonstrate an ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Effective stakeholder

management and a deep understanding of business needs are crucial to success in this role. Additionally, you should be committed and capable of handling both strategic and day-to-day tasks in complex environments. While you prefer working in a structured manner, you are also adaptable to flexible work approaches depending on the situation.

 

Moreover, you should embody an ambitious, positive, and pragmatic mindset, focused on creating solutions that have a tangible impact within the office and in production. The ability to take the lead and motivate others toward common goals is essential. You should be a team player, dedicated to developing and imparting best practices, while also being capable of independently driving processes.

 

About the department

Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification and freeze-drying. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
