The position

As a Junior Lean Partner, you'll be brought on board to apply and learn Lean principles and tools to optimize our operations. You'll receive mentorship and training from experienced team members and have the chance to contribute to cross-functional improvement projects. 

Your main tasks will be:
•    Participate in cross-functional improvement projects
•    Provide LEAN training to the entire organization, including developing and delivering training materials and workshops on LEAN topics, as well as coaching and mentoring managers on LEAN principles and behaviours
•    Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify waste and non-value-added activities
•    Facilitate root cause analysis using systematic problem-solving-methods

 

You'll play a crucial role in establishing a culture where LEAN is the standard operating procedure. You'll achieve this by coaching and teaching our leaders and employees. Additionally, you'll participate in developing, communicating, and implementing corporate and local strategies and processes, such as the cLEAN Supply System roll-out and Hoshin Kanri. You'll also ensure continuous process improvement (LEAN) at the site level through KATA, PSPS, PS@ShopFloor, and sharing best practices.

 

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

•    You have analytical skills and also practical experience in analysing business issues will be an advantage
•    You have some professional experience within a similar position in a LEAN environment
•    You have knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing concepts and business experience from manufacturing environment, or just be eager to learn
•    You are fluent in English (speaking and writing)
•    You enjoy analysing data and finding the right solutions hereby

About the department
In FPM DK1, (Finished Products Manufacturing), Kalundborg, we produce top-quality injectable products and tablets for patients with diabetes worldwide. The cLEAN and Digitalization team is a part of IFP Kalundborg’s Business Support. We are responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives regarding Warehouse, Compliance, Finance, Planning, Purchase, Training, LEAN & Digitalization. 
The team consists of five LEAN Partners, one Senior Procees Expert and three Data Scientist. With a LEAN approach the team supports IFP Kalundborg’s strategic aspirations to improve data-driven decision making and increase production stability and efficiency. You will be part of a great team, where we help each other and work towards a common goal of delivering high-quality products to our customers while continuously improving our processes.
