Position
Do you have strong coordination skills, a flair for technology and do you want to see your work have real impact? Would you like to be part of a team that pushes the boundaries for development of aseptic production and product development in the pharmaceutical industry?
At Novo Nordisk our patients are always in focus. With increased demand for Novo Nordisk products this means that we will both lead development of new drug substances and development of new and more effective ways of producing and delivering them.
If this sparks your interest, we offer an exciting role as technical project manager in New Product Introductions (NPI)!
The position
The purpose of NPI is to deliver well established and robust
processes to production to ensure smooth product introduction and
launch across our production sites. Critical factors for
succeeding with this task is to ensure that new technology is
effectively introduced, manufacturing processes are well aligned
and knowledge sharing across lines and projects works efficiently.
The advertised technical PM will be central for making this
happen in our biggest and most complex projects.
The NPI
Project Office is an international team of project managers who
have the responsibility to coordinate all activities related to
scale up of formulation and filling, process validation, and
development of submission documents to authorities. As a technical
PM in NPI you will lead cross functional teams and have a close
interaction with both the Manufacturing science experts and the
drug product PMs. Our projects typically have a very high level of
complexity both technically and in terms of stakeholder landscape
and strategy. Moreover, the highly regulated pharmaceutical GMP
environment creates a particular set of challenges that we need to
handle effectively to secure patient safety.
