The Position
As a Technical Writer at Novo Nordisk, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, managing, and preparing a wide range of documents such as change requests, standard operating procedures, protocols and reports, and submission documents for applications to health authorities.
  • Maintaining and optimizing product documentation.
  • Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to gain the required knowledge to write the documents.


Qualifications

  • You hold at least a bachelor's degree in science, technology, or medical science.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in a simple and understandable way.
  • You have an interest in scientific communication.
  • You are fluent in English and can write effortlessly in the language.
  • Experience with documentation according to MDR requirements or experience as a technical writer in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.


As a person, you have an eye for detail and a logical structure, and you are used to working in complex situations with many stakeholders. You will have many open tasks, so a good overview of tasks and progression is important. We value high ethical standards.

 

About the Department
You will be part of the Needle Development team, which consists of 20 dedicated colleagues responsible for maintaining the technical documentation for pen needles, establishing production equipment for new products, partnering with R&D for manufacturing development, and aligning the pen needle processes globally. We value professionalism, responsibility, and open dialogue, focusing on continuous improvement and creating a motivating atmosphere within DMD.
