About the Department
This position is part of our Diabetes Marketing Team together with other two product managers as peer group and the person in this position will directly report to the Business Unit Head of Diabetes.
In Novo Nordisk Korea, the position of Senior Product Manager (People Manager) provides you the opportunity to work in a high performing team to contribute directly towards the business results while creating values for the Diabetes patients.

 

The Position
This position is a people managing role with 1-2 direct team reports. The team size will be determined based on the internal R&Rs and experience level of the candidate. Senior Product Manager (People Manager) will lead the strategic development and management of Novo Nordisk’s diabetes product/portfolio, focusing on innovative, patient-centric solutions to improve health outcomes and quality of life for patients. This role entails significant collaboration within the business unit and collaborate across various functions to enhance product success and patient care. The Senior title of this position will be decided based on the experience level of the candidate. 
Key expectations are as follows:

  • Develop and refine product strategies to meet market needs and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams within the business unit to align strategies and operations.
  • Engage and collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure product/portfolio success and readiness for new market launch.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report on product performance using established metrics to guide future strategies.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing/strategy consulting experience in the Pharmaceutical industry are required
  • Total 10-15 years of experiences will be highly preferred 
  • Proven track records in Global Multi-national Pharma companies are required
  • Graduate level degree, i.e., B.A. and/or above is required.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
