Position

The Position
As a Project Manager, you will:
• Develop Product
Release Flow diagram from Procedures and Systems defined in the
project.
• Translate technical designs into procedures
for release, working closely with our local project team,
central core team stakeholders, and other departments.
•
Define strategy for release within the electronic
documentation.
• Ensuring Integration of systems (LIMS,
PasX, DeltaV, SAP etc) in release process
• Coordinate
project activities, including analyzing designs, methods, and
internal manufacturing processes to ensure alignment in the
project.
• Implement process improvements in product
design and manufacturing methods.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the
following qualifications:
• An academic degree within
Engineering, Science, Pharmacist or similar.
• Strong
knowledge of release procedures in API production
units.
• Proven experience in project management,
preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
•
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality
assurance.
• Experience in implementing process
improvements and changes.
• Full proficiency in written
and spoken English.

Also, you can lead through others and set clear objectives for a project team. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and being a part of a dynamic team. Moreover, being self-motivated, working independently, and having the habit of thinking steps ahead of others are prominent traits.
About the department
Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical
Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød.
You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion
projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will
employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will
be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to
accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our
capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to
serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including
rare diseases.
