MES specialist (M/F)

About The Department

You will have a unique opportunity to work with the latest version of the PaS-X technology in the IT and Automation department of Fill and Finish Expansions. You will join a team of around 20 people.

The position

As a member of our IT/OT project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of our nextGen MES (PaS-X 3.3) at the Chartres site for our extension. You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with the corporate team the roll out of the new MES instance on the Novo Nordisk Chartres Extension Project and for collaborating closely with many colleagues both internally in the Digital Data & IT department and process team for the gMBR (Generic Master Batch Record) development, implementation and qualifications.
• Assisting the local Site Acceptance Tests for the new equipment connected to PAS-X and for training Super Users by departments for the usage of the MES.
• Assessing new needs and addressing the challenges to the central team during design qualification and for participating in the development and drafting of our standards.
• Coordinating the local deployment and verification of PAS-X workstations, barcode reader and printers.
• Participating as PAS-X expert in the Automated Warehouse Project (SAP EWM implementation…).

Qualifications:

• You have a Master degree or equivalent experience in industrial computing, software development or Process Engineering (ideally a background in industrial IT).
• You have at least 2-3 (ideally 5) years of professional experience (excluding an apprenticeship) in the MES PAS-X and with production lines.
• You have a fluent level of English.
• You are organised and able to manage priorities in a context of several concurrent work packages.
• You possess a strong sense of service with an ability to effectively listen and understand the needs.

Our MES is the PaS-X solution from the manufacturer Körber.
