Novo Nordisk is breaking new ground in Denmark and establishing a state-of-the-art production site in Odense. At Novo Nordisk, we have been driving change for more than 100 years to defeat serious chronic diseases. Continuing this journey, we are now investing 8.5 billion DKK in our new site in Odense to meet market demands and help patients with life-saving medicine for rare diseases.

Joining Novo Nordisk Odense is an incredibly exciting opportunity, as we are building a brand-new site from scratch. This will mark our first manufacturing site in Fyn, and we will play a crucial role in expanding Novo Nordisk capacity. By becoming part of our team, you will help shaping the future of pharmaceutical production and our company's processes, both now and in the years to come.

This expansion will entail the creation of several new job opportunities - 400 new permanent jobs to be exact, and over 1,000 workers during the construction phase. For this reason, we have many exciting positions open, and we are continuously looking for new talented colleagues.

Who we are looking for
Currently, we are hiring new colleagues in various engineering roles, including mechanical, automation, IT, validation, processes, manufacturing and much more.
