We are looking for Developers (front-end, back-end and full-stack) to design and develop solutions to meet the organisation’s current and future business needs. ​

For this role, we are typically looking for candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or another relevant field. On top of that, we look for candidates with practical software development experience within the relevant tech stack (Python and JavaScript are typical). Agile experience is a plus, but the overall amount of education and experience required varies depending on the job level.​

Besides expecting you to be skilful in what you design and develop, we typically acknowledge candidates that are curious, initiative and open-minded. Another plus is an eye for detail and the willingness to learn and improve. Finally, we look for candidates who can build good relations with colleagues and stakeholders to share best practices. Hence, fluency in written and spoken English is essential.​
