Investment ǀ Engineering & Sourcing is an integral part of our global production network, ensuring that we have sufficient capacity at the highest quality for our patients in a sustainable and efficient way.

We do so by providing engineering and sourcing services to our colleagues in the individual Capital Expenditures (CapEx) projects and foster close relationships with our global supplier base within the fields of production related equipment, works, information and operational technology, and engineering services. We have a very unique stakeholder landscape that enables us to find the best long term business solutions.

Our function consists of ~50 employees with diverse educational backgrounds and work experience. We really enjoy the wealth of unique perspectives that come to the table by having over 15 different nationalities in our function. This nicely manifests in our monthly breakfasts where colleagues often share some of their local delicacies.
