Hiring throughout the year: Multiple positions within production unit in Hjørring (Northern Jutland, Denmark)
Do you want to join a critical production unit making pen needles for patients all over the world? At our production site in Hjørring, we have the overall responsibility of the global supply chain of Novo Nordisk pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development.
We are currently expanding our unit, which consists of more than 300 dedicated employees, and will be posting positions on this page throughout the year. We will primarily be looking for industry/process operators, skilled workers within automation, and engineers.
Our pen needle production site is located in Hjørring, a town near the Northern coast of Jutland, which is only a 35 min drive on the highway from the city centre of Aalborg and from Aalborg Airport (AAL). Our production site in Hjørring, Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing (NMS), is responsible for in-house and contract manufacturing of the Novo Nordisk pen needles NovoFine®, NovoFine® Autocover®, NovoTwist® and NovoFine® Plus. We are increasing our production in Hjørring as a result of rising demand of Novo Nordisk’s newest products within diabetes and obesity, which are co-packed in boxes with pen needles manufactured in Hjørring.
In 2021, we installed two new packaging lines and a third line will be installed during 2022. We will need to hire app. 110 new employees during the coming year to help run the new packaging lines.
