Drive HS processes as Health and Safety Partner
In the
role as CVP or SVP HS Partner, you will be at the forefront, providing
strategic advice, guidance, and support to the area. You will drive HS
processes and improvement initiatives in accordance with the direction
agreed in the local HS Process Group and collaborate with various
departments to ensure well-being and safety for our employees.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that necessary HS
processes comply with our HS Management System and driving ongoing
improvement initiatives within significant HS aspects.
This role
also involves working with HR business partners on the psycho-social
working environment and management review processes, ensuring legal
compliance, and contributing to stress and well-being initiatives in
the area.

role as HS Supporter, you will be a trusted supporter for our HS
Partner, who is responsible for providing strategic advice, guidance,
and support to the area. You will support driving HS processes and
improvement initiatives in accordance with the direction agreed with
your HS Partner and collaborate with various departments to ensure
well-being and safety for our employees.
Additionally, you'll be
supporting that necessary HS processes comply with our HS Management
System and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives within
significant HS aspects.
