Ms Sabroe joined Novo Nordisk in August 2007 and has since held various positions of increasing importance and complexity within communication, people and organisation and sustainability.

In January 2022, Ms Sabroe was promoted to senior vice president of Centre of Excellence & Services in Global People & Organisation. In March 2023, she was appointed executive vice president for Global People & Organisation.

Ms Sabroe lives in Switzerland where she has worked for Novo Nordisk International Operations for eight years from 2013 to 2021.

Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Ms Sabroe held a position as Manager of Communications at the NHS National Services Scotland, United Kingdom.
