The position
As our new payroll supporter you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring high levels of expertise and service to our employees. We handle approximately 55.000 inquiries yearly.
Your main tasks will be:
You will be trained in various aspects of the payroll process to be able to act as a subject matter expert within your field. You will be part of a dynamic team with many different backgrounds and skills, actively contributing to our shared success.

About the department
Payroll is part of Corporate Accounting, a unit of Finance Operations at Novo Nordisk. We are 22 dedicated employees, who are handling salaries for app. 37,000 employees at Novo Nordisk A/S and companies in the group, with approximately 55.000 inquiries yearly. We have a diverse team in terms of background, seniority, and age, while focus is to utilise the individual competences most efficient and to foster an environment welcoming new view on current processes.
Every day, we strive at ensuring correct salary paid in due time, and for answering all payroll related questions from our colleagues in Denmark in close cooperation with partners in Corporate Accounting, People & Organisation, Global Mobility and Global IT.
