The Position
This position will be responsible for leading key pricing/contracting strategic projects, analyses, and reporting. This position will serve as key stakeholder responsible for driving Gross-to-Net analyses across the Novo Nordisk, Inc. (NNI) portfolio, including 340B analytics to support policy and program assessment, duplicate discount analyses, alternative model scenario planning, and other gross-to-net forensics to identify opportunities to drive revenue capture. The individual will leverage data from multiple sources to understand business problems to provide analyses and support on the positioning and pricing of Novo Nordisk products. This includes contributions to support product pricing for new Therapeutic Areas, strategic pricing projects including but not limited to alternative distribution channels, and the gross-to-net impact of affordability programs. This position will also provide support to the Strategic Advisor of the VP – PCOR, and other key reporting deliverables.
Responsible for driving key initiatives and gross-to-net forensics projects across PCOR teams by improving transparency, capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration, while reducing complexity. Initially this is achieved by managing initiatives related to creation of insights, building organizational capabilities, promoting cross-functional collaboration and connecting across PCOR and key stakeholders. The role is also responsible for proactively driving and creating performance presentations with senior stakeholder audiences (ET, ExecMgmnt, BoD, Disclosure Committee) and other relevant presentations, coordinating closely with other relevant Strategic Advisors in Finance & Operations (F&O), MAPA and the BUs.
Relationships
Reports to the Associate Director, Pricing Insights & Strategic Planning. Works and partners closely with other team members in Pricing & Policy Insights, Strategic Pricing; PCOR Leadership; FP&A; MAPA Leadership; Strategic Advisors in MAPA and F&O; Government Pricing & Compliance; Strategy and Innovation; Market Access; GBS; Enterprise Insights; Investor Relations; Finance; Commercial; Other Novo Nordisk internal departments such as Legal, etc. External relationships include field Account Executives and Directors, Novo Nordisk A/S, professional associations, vendors, and customers.

This is a hybrid role, requiring up to 3 days per week onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
