The position

 

In this role, you will be part of the HVAC-team, where work tasks will include, but are not limited to:
•    Planning and documenting half-yearly particle classifications and HVAC requalification
•    Communicating and coordinating with external stakeholders
•    Planning and executing smaller projects

Twice a year you will be part of the factory production stop where you will supervise the implementation phase of projects, which usually fall in July/August and December/January requiring increased flexibility.
You will work in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, skilled workers, and stakeholders across the organization. 
Now and in the coming years, we encounter a need for great changes and equipment optimizations, providing a unique opportunity to help shape the future setup in our area.

 

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. 
To be considered for the job, we would like you to have:
•    Have a degree in civil-, mechanical engineering or other relevant technical background
•    Knowledge of HVAC systems or similar production processes 
•    Knowledge of validation plans, GMP and LEAN is considered an advantage but not a requirement
•    Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage but not a requirement
•    Strong Danish and English skills, as we work in an international environment 
As a person, you are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels within the organization.

 

About the department

 

You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), an aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 employees producing marketed insulin, GLP-1, and weight-reducing products for the benefit of patients worldwide. The Facility/Utility Projects team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring project implementation within WFI, clean steam, compressed air, ventilation (HVAC), as well as improvements and refurbishments of the production facility.
