Product Owner, Business Technology Platform (BTP)  HR apps

The position

As Product Owner, you will lead the definition and prioritization of the product backlog for a diverse portfolio, encompassing mature applications and innovative cloud HR apps.

 

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead a delivery team to ensure effective backlog management and successful project execution.
  • Drive software development and manage a portfolio of creative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business requirements and provide standards and guidance for use of the BTP platform.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic cross-functional work and dependencies, managing the ongoing evolution of SAP BTP in alignment with business requirements and strategy.
  • Ensure apps adhere to data protection regulations and are compliant with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Enhance existing services, to optimize form performance, usability, and relevance to support the organization's evolving digital needs

 

Qualifications

  • Broad experience with development of HCM platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, to support HR strategy and operations.
  • Experience from driving bespoke development in Business Technology Platform (BTP) and integration of multiple solutions.
  • Experience with system requirements and digital product development.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Lean Thinking.
  • Academic background in a relevant field.

Your strategic mindset and innovative approach drive development and creative solutions. You adeptly serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business requirements, showcasing strong communication and collaboration skills, to act as a digital partner for the P&O function. Your agility and adaptability in complex environments are evident as you navigate cross-functional work and enhance system capabilities and performance.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
