The Position

As an Environmental Monitoring Scientist, you will join the team responsible for overseeing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) processes Environmental Monitoring.

 

You will closely communicate with colleagues inside the department and across departments to secure good collaboration and timely delivery of all tasks. 

 

The main tasks will be to:
•    Be responsible for environmental monitoring and ensure system design review, supplier selection, commissioning and validation. 
•    Support investment project across project phases: design development, construction, verification, and validation according to roles and responsibilities assigned according to project plans. 
•    Verify equipment and process design, including documentation.
•    Pro-actively work towards error-free, continuous, and closed processes.
•    Ensure stakeholders’ interests are represented throughout the project.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, nano technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical process engineering, or similar technical or scientific field.
•    Experience in microbiology, environmental monitoring, Clean Room design in manufacturing environments and with utility design, installation, qualification and working with high quality requirements and regulations.
•    Experience with relevant Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, ideally API manufacturing from either pharmaceutical, biotechnology or food industry.
•    A few years of experience in a cGMP environment, which is considered a plus.
•    Full professional proficiency in English, proficiency in Danish is nice to have.
