The position
As our new Validation Scientist, you will get up to speed
and have a large responsibility. You will be part of a support
team with approximately 11 dedicated and talented colleagues.

About the department
As part of the Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, Chemistry,
Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a
real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the
world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for
clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mindset.
In Chemistry Pilot Plant we are responsible for production of
API to clinical studies where chemical synthesis, chromatographic
purification, and spray drying is part of the production. The
department is part of the area Chemistry, Manufacturing &
Control API Pilots (CMC API Pilots) that has approx. 300 employees
and are responsible for production of API to all developmental
productions in Novo Nordisk. This includes fermentation,
cultivation, chemical synthesis, and purification.
The
support team is responsible for maintenance and support of
equipment used in the production as well as process optimization
regarding equipment. We drive investment projects of varying sizes
continuously in the team and in collaboration with other teams to
meet the future demands of the facility. LEAN principles are the
fundament of how we work to continuously improve our processes and procedures.
