What will you be doing?

As a Product Owner for Datacenter Services at Novo Nordisk, you will be accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from discovery through end user adoption. Defining and articulating the product vision and strategy for datacenter solutions, aligned with Novo Nordisk's goals, IT requirement and IT Security requirements will be one of your key tasks. You will also have the chance to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features and prioritize features based on business needs, security requirements, and user feedback
• Manage the Datacenter service portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our organisation
• Develop strategy for sustainable Datacenter operations and ensure strict adherence to qualification requirements
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve the product along with developing and maintaining a roadmap for Datacenter services product portfolio, including driving insourcing activities from external vendor and ensuring the services are qualified
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, empowering the team to respond effectively to changing priorities and market conditions, while being accountable for team deliverables

Which competencies to bring?

We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, senior manager or similar role, preferably in the Architecture of Datacenter space, while SAFe certification will be an additional advantage
• Ability to navigate complex international environments combined with strong stakeholder management skills on all levels of organisation
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban as well as familiarity with product management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms

The role is situated within Network and Datacenter department in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure EMEA (C&CI), an integral part of Global IT Operations (GITO). Our team is responsible for managing and developing network and all network related services, as well as Datacenter services such as Compute, Storage, Virtualisation, and physical datacenters. We work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure the alignment and implementation of IT governance and processes, technical strategy, and architectural vision across the organisation.
