Key responsibilities

As regional marketing manager, design & implement central marketing strategy & activity, manage local KOLs and other stakeholders, developing insights & opportunity for local markets, as well as supporting local sales to deliver sales target and market share target

 

  • Develop high quality regional marketing plan; and ensure the regional marketing plan fit with the local market conditions and the overall central marketing strategies; act as a member of the regional management team
  • Integrate the central marketing and regional programs and at the regional level to ensure alignment and appropriate resource deployment
  • Implement central marketing programs in the responsible region to achieve the pre-defined objectives and KPIs including the business impact, the timeline and the budget
  • Consolidate regional inputs on marketing programs and feedback them to line manager
  • Build a solid understanding of the regional market; maintain strong relationship with the KOLs in the region
  • Supervise the regional product managers and develop their capabilities

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and post-graduate degree preferred
  • More than +5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, preferably experiences with both public & private sectors
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership
  • Strong analytical skills; strategic thinking
  • Strong market understanding
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Integration, optimization and collaboration capabilities
  • Strong diabetes knowledge preferred
  • Innovation; open-minded; fast response to change
  • People management experience preferred
