About the Global Market Access Graduate Programme 


The full-time position as a Global Market Access Graduate, gives you an opportunity to ensure that people living with serious chronic diseases have access to Novo Nordisk treatments. Health economics modelling, pricinganalytics, payer evidence generation, reimbursement submissions and market access strategy development are just a few of the tasks we perform in this high growth area.

The position 

 

During the two-year programme you will embark on three challenging and exciting rotations, each lasting eight months. These rotations will take place in our corporate headquarters in Denmark, as well as in our international regional and affiliate offices. 

 

Throughout the programme, you will have the opportunity to work as a fully-fledged member in three different teams, gaining invaluable experience and developing as a market access specialist. You will be exposed to the three specialisations of market access, including pricing, payer evidence, and health economics. During the first rotation at our headquarters in Denmark, you will gain hands-on market access learning and receive a comprehensive introduction to corporate life, the Global Market Access teams, and functional deliverables across the value chain.

 

In your second rotation, at one of our international affiliates or regional offices, you will gain local payer insights and be exposed to areas like pricing business case development, health economic modelling, reimbursement submissions, or payer evidence generation.

 

In your third and final rotation, you will have the opportunity to further build your technical capabilities of market access at the regional or affiliate office.

 

As part of this graduate programme, we encourage candidates to consider continuing their career in one of our operational offices post-programme to further build a strong market access profile.

 

Qualifications 


To thrive and succeed as a Global Market Access Graduate, we expect you to have: 

 

  • A master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field, such as, health economics, public health, outcomes research or other business and finance-related fields– and above-average academic achievements 
  • International outlook and experience, for example from studying abroad, working or volunteering outside your home country 
  • Approximately one year of relevant market access work experience or extracurricular activities next to your studies
  • No more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing a master’s degree
  • A passion for market access, high drive, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt quickly to change 
  • Team-player attitude and excellent communication skills 
  • Professional fluency in English and global mobility
