About the Global Procurement Graduate Programme


The full-time position as a Global Procurement Graduate in Novo Nordisk will give you the chance to be part of the organisation responsible for sourcing and purchasing billions worth of services and materials across our global business. Global Procurementsupports the business by prioritising key business activities with the aim of achieving the highest possible total supply chain value while taking quality, risks, savings, environmental and social aspects into consideration.

 

Throughout the programme, you will gain hands-on experience with areas such as category strategy, contract negotiation, financial planning, sourcing processes, procurement systems as well as project and change management.

The position


During the two-year programme, you will undertake several challenging and exciting rotations: You will work in different departments in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and for one-two rotations you will rotate internationally into one of our global offices or production sites located around the globe. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn skills relevant to the rotation. You will both work independently to drive your own responsibilities and in collaboration with team members on shared projects.

 

Qualifications


To thrive and succeed as a Global Procurement Graduate, we expect you to have:

 

  • A relevant master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 with strong academic achievements
  • International experience either from studies abroad, internships or volunteering
  • Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities obtained during your studies, e.g., within procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or operations management
  • No more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing a master’s degree
  • International mindset and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and an eagerness to learn
  • Global mobility and professional fluency in English
  • A keen eye on, an open mind for, and a strong interest in the world of sourcing and procurement
