About the Global Digital Business Graduate Programme


The full-time position as a Global Digital Business Graduate at Novo Nordisk is part of the Digital, Data & IT area of our organization, where we enable and drive digital, data, and IT solutions in collaboration with the entire Novo Nordisk value chain. That means you’ll be able to have a direct impact on the strategic direction of Novo Nordisk and the technology that can change lives for our patients and the way we work.

The position


During the two-year programme, you will undertake challenging and exciting rotations. You will start your journey with a rotation in Denmark, allowing you to get to know our business and develop your digital mindset even further. The second rotation will be outside of Denmark, where you will get the opportunity to take a deep dive into one of our business areas before returning to Denmark again for your third and final rotation. You will work as a full-fledged member of the team and learn skills relevant to your rotation. You will work independently and drive your own responsibilities as well as collaborate with team members on shared projects.


Qualifications


To thrive and succeed as a Global Digital Business Graduate, we expect you to have:

 

  • A relevant master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 within strategy, management, international business, IT, digitalisation, innovation or similar 
  • International experience either from studies abroad, internships or volunteering
  • Relevant work or study experience from internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
  • No more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing a master’s degree
  • Courage to experiment and make decisions, a can-do attitude, and an appetite for learning
  • Willingness to be part of an international and diverse team culture
  • Global mobility and professional fluency in English

Our global Graduate Programme is designed to bring together change makers with a diversity of perspectives and equip them with the tools needed to accelerate their personal and professional development.
