The Position

As a Pharmacy Engagement Product Manager you will develop and implement a strategic plan focused on pharmacies for the obesity market, including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and risks. You will build an integrated brand strategy for pharmacies: private pharmacies for the short term and clinical pharmacies in HMOs for the long term. You will directly report to Senior Obesity Business Unit Director.

 

You will also:

  • Develop the obesity therapeutic area by integrating and cooperating with pharmacies, positioning pharmacists as key educators to raise patient awareness, create engagement, and achieve better therapeutic outcomes.
  • Establish impactful relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders among pharmacists.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes, and proactively identify and resolve issues and risks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, identifying opportunities and best practices for the obesity market among pharmacies.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we expect you to have Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmacy specialty.
  • Strong strategic thinking, result-orientation, and market understanding.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Capacity for multitasking, resilience, and creative problem-solving.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew (native-level) and English (fluent).

 

As a professional, you possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your detail-oriented and self-motivated approach, coupled with your ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, makes you a valuable asset in any organization.

The Obesity Business Unit in Israel is dedicated to driving change in the obesity market. Our team is focused on integrating and cooperating with pharmacies to position pharmacists as key educators, raising patient awareness, and achieving better therapeutic outcomes.
