The position
As a Test and Automation Lead/Expert at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage Azure DevOps Platform, support qualification activities, and oversee creation and review/approval of validation deliverables, including user requirements, system specifications, Validation Plan, Qualification Plans, SOPs, Functional Risk assessment, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, Traceability matrix, Design Specs, and validation summary reports.
  • Drive the automated validation process for templates at Azure DevOps and GitHub platforms including automated regression tests.
  • Enhance and develop automated tools to manage the DevOps and GitHub platforms, ensuring compliance with GxP standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated regression tests.
  • Utilize Python, TypeScript and Power Automate to enhance automation processes.
  • Facilitate integration between ServiceNow API and Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Implement and maintain GitOps principles within our infrastructure.
  • Ensure declarative expression of the desired state for system management.
  • Apply a strong compliance background, particularly within a Pharma company, including requirement gathering and test case execution.
  • Provide rotational 24/7 on-call support for major and critical incidents and work in rotational shifts covering EMEA time zone.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent).
  • Overall experience with 10+ years of experience in IT Industry.
  • Experience in administrating both Azure DevOps and GitHub platforms.
  • Knowledge of implementing and managing GxP process templates for GxP use within both Azure DevOps and GitHub platforms.
  • Familiarity with GitOps principles and practices for managing infrastructure and application deployment.
  • Proven experience in Azure DevOps and GitHub platform administration.
  • Strong understanding of declarative system management and version control.
  • Experience in configuration and maintaining CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and expertise in integrating ServiceNow API with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Solid compliance background in Pharma with expertise in requirement gathering and test execution aligned with GAMP 5 V model standards.

The position is based in the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) area, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) – a department with 500+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management, and Digital Workplace Services. The Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure is an area consisting of 180+ people in 10+ product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world.
