The Position

The positions we offer would be within the support team, which we intend to expand more with some skilled engineers who will execute on remodelling activities already in hand. This would require a great deal of planning and coordination within the department and external vendors.

We are also looking for colleagues who will support the organisation with the existing production facility and related production and development processes.

 

This position offers a great opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of manufacturing across the organization, in close collaboration with teach-transfer in Novo Nordisk.

 

Main responsibilities will be to: 

•    Take care of either large HVAC systems or process air systems, ammonia systems.
•    Handle deviations when processes do not operate as intended.
•    Write and execute change requests to implement improvements including validation when required.
•    Develop maintenance strategies to optimise running time
•    Coordinate with other process owners in the department to ensure optimal production capacity at all times.
•    Take part in cross-functional meetings to align and further develop processes across the production site.


Qualifications for Maskinmester/Marine Engineers positions

Maskinmester/Marine Engineer candidates should have the following or developing qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or marine engineering equivalent to Professional bachelor as Maskinmester in Danish.
•    Having background in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or engineering could also work for these positions.
•    Technical know-how of productions systems acquired from industry or education is preferred.
•    Being familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them.
•    Having the ability to monitor data and extract information.
•    Having appetite for connecting the understanding of process science to product quality.
•    Being professionally proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Danish or other languages is considered a plus.
