Main job tasks:  

  • Develops and implements the business plan and makes reasonable allocation on sales representatives’ territories and target setting and tracking.      

制定並實施業務計劃,對銷售代表的區域進行合理分配以及目標設定與跟進

  • Closely coordinates, supports and empowers sales representatives to successfully implement strategies to achieve goals (in terms of sales, profits, product listings, launches and promotion, as well as further develops the market.          

密切協調、支持和授權銷售代表成功執行戰略以實現在銷售、利潤、產品上市進藥和推廣方面之各項目標,以及進一步開發市場                                                                    

  • Develops and leads the team through performance management, coaching and training. Accelerate the adoption of new ways of working (ex. Digital tools application) . Continuously reflect, motivate and develop the team to enhance execution and performance.      

通過績效管理、教練指導和訓練發展和領導團隊。加速採用新工作方法(如:數位工具應用),持續反思、激勵與發展團隊來提高執行力與績效。

  • Maintains the relationship with KOLs within the responsible area.

維護與負責區域內意見領袖的關係                                                                      

  • Diligently and effectively develops new accounts and be responsible for the price negotiation.

  • Develops and maintains sales forecast and ensure accuracy. Regularly submits reports including sales analysis and market activities report. E nsures budget has been used effectively.    

制定和更新銷售預測並確保正確性。定期提交銷售分析、市場活動等報告;確保有效運用預算

  • Identifies/analyses potential opportunities to continuously grow the business, including new customer segments, new sources of businesses, partnerships, new ways of doing things to maximize product opportunities and further develop of the market.          

識別 / 分析持續發展業務的潛在機會,包括新的客戶群、新的業務來源、合作夥伴關係、新的做事方式,以最大化產品機會和進一步開發市場。 

  • Collect and collate market information and competitor intelligence and relay to management.            

收集和整理市場信息和競爭對手的情報給主管                                                                  

  • Collaborates with other departments to achieve company objectives and ensure a timely resolution.         

與其他部門合作以實現公司目標並確保及時解決問題

 

Other requirements 其他要求 :

  • Ensures all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with NN compliance standard and demonstrates NN Way behaviors.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or above. Preferably graduate with pharmacy or medical science related field

學士以上學歷,藥學或醫藥科學相關科系尤佳

 

Professional experience:

  • Sales and operation experience in the responsible therapeutic area

有所負責之治療領域相關領域的經驗

  • Minimum 7 -year solid experience in selling & customer management in the healthcare industry

具至少 7 年醫療保健行業銷售和客戶管理方面的紮實經驗

  • Experience in chronic prescription medications is a plus

有慢性病相關處方藥經驗者尤佳
