The Customer Engagement Team at Novo Nordisk Malaysia is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals devoted to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position reports to the Customer Engagement Director in Malaysia.


The position
As a Multichannel Engagement & Content Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Lead the execution, coordination, and roll-out of multichannel engagement that delivers exceptional customer experience and business impact across different customer and patient engagement journeys, in partnership with the Senior Customer Experience Manager, Commercial, and Medical colleagues.
  • Activate, integrate, and maintain new and existing channels and platforms by partnering with DDIT, Marketing, and regional colleagues on the successful implementation of channel launch and enhancement roadmap.
  • Co-create the content strategy and lead seamless content planning and MCE operations in close collaboration with marketers to achieve marketing brand objectives. This includes conducting content audits and gap analysis and using the findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation and operations.
  • Lead multichannel engagement effectiveness analytics and enhance strategies and campaign journeys by monitoring and applying data collected during digital activities. Oversee third-party digital and content providers.
  • Be a champion for MCE and drive high internal adoption of multichannel engagement, including providing MCE training across different functions of the organization and accelerating frontline MCE productivity and mindset change through inspiring MCE campaigns and activities.


Qualifications

  • A Master's/Bachelor's Degree with specialization in communication, marketing, business, or another relevant discipline, with 6-8 years of digital, multichannel execution experience, including 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare space.
  • Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience with expertise in all digital channels, assessing market dynamics, and drawing conclusions for marketing strategy and tactical marketing plans.
  • Experience in orchestration engines and CRM is preferred.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and strong interpersonal skills with an exceptional ability to influence and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with a high level of passion and interest in AI, digital innovation and solutions, and social media.
