The Position

As our CDC Clinical Systems Implementation Manager, you will be leading and coordinating digital solutions and adaptation of clinical trials systems and features supporting clinical operational excellence and maximize business value from new clinical trials system initiatives. The main tasks are the following but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with clinical management of CDC and Region to ensure organisational readiness. As Well as represent in relevant local and global forums/networks across CDC to support successful implementation of clinical digital solutions and process change.
  • Build and support business cases for new clinical digital solutions or process improvements which have a clear return on investment.
  • Implement appropriate risk mitigation and communication plans to ensure successful adoption in CDC.
  • Identify and engage with vendors with potential innovative offerings to implement solutions in coordination with local finance and procurement teams and manage vendor contracts.
  • Facilitate relevant trainings and end-user support in coordination with Clinical Quality & Training Manager (CQTM) and ensure accessability to relevant and updated information related to digitalisation and process changes andimprovement activities in CDC.

 
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • B.Sc. in Life Science, ideally with a post graduate qualification in Research.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in clinical trial research (Trial Manager or CRA) or in Project Management.
  • Proven experience of conducting clinical trials in accordance with GCP methodology and in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strategic mindset; anticipates future trends and prepares for alternative scenarios.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and with impact, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Good understanding of change management principles to apply in implementation of new solutions (formal certifications preferred).
  • Excellent IT proficiency: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Power App) and applicable clinical trials systems. 
  • Ability to manage problems that do not have a clear solution and flexible while presenting and adaptation to a changing work environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative, ideally with experience in multinational environments, and ability to influence and impact others to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
