If that is your case, you are about to become our Manufacturing Security Advisor.


The Job

As our new Manufacturing Security Advisor, you will utilize your knowledge to shape, drive and realise the transformation of existing target architectures, frameworks, and technologies into a secure modern architecture.  The digitalisation journey is strategically important for Novo Nordisk. With it, we will adopt a modern security approach that will also enable significant business value. It will support our changing business and IT/OT environment with increased levels of partnerships and external collaboration, more hybrid ways of working, growing IT landscape of applications and devices, and general movement towards more cloud and larger data sets.


You will be a member of the Security Advisory for PS (Product Supply), with which you will enable the transformation by collaborating with Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, other architects from the organisation to define and succeed with manufacturing related initiatives.


Part of your responsibilities will be:

  • Translating architecture and security frameworks into projects and initiatives within the OT/IT manufacturing area
  • Shape initiatives towards Industry 4.0, ISA/IEC 62443 and smart factories
  • Raising the security bar for legacy OT/IT installation
  • Inspire us to think outside the box

 

The job is located in Ballerup, Denmark with travel activity of max 30 days per year.

 

Candidate profile

You are considered a specialist and have a deep understanding and/or strong knowledge of industrial automation control system concepts and technologies. To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have implementation and operational experience with:


Architecture and Security tools

  • Experience with Security Posture Management design and implementation
  • Familiarity with compliance & security standards in OT/IT environments
  • ICS, DCS, SCADA, Risk assessments, ISA Secure and IEC 622443, and CFR21, Part 11
  • Network security tools and architecture
  • Expertise in security measures such as firewalls, IPS/IDS tools, network access controls, and network segmentation


Monitoring and/or Analytics

  • Expertise in how to use monitoring and analytics tools, to optimize the security and performance
  • Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture

 

As a person you can work well in a team and communicate complex technological solutions and concepts to a broader audience.  If you are positive, pragmatic and with a heart beating for information security and with a good (or bad) sense of humour you will fit in great with colleagues from Global Information Security.

The Global Information Security Advisory department is based in Global IT in Denmark. You will be part of a global information security community with colleagues located in Denmark, USA, and India.  Our team consists of leading experts in various areas ranging across network security, ICS, cloud security, security operations, manufacturing security, security risk management and governance.


We sit and work closely with our colleagues in Global Security Operations, Global IT Operations, Domain architects and Enterprise Architects which fosters a high level of knowledge sharing and makes the team an exciting place to work.
