The position
As a  Associate Lead – Global Customer Insights at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Drive high-quality primary market research for key products, portfolios, and areas of interest on a country, regional, and global level.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across HQ, Regions, and Top-10 affiliates to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets.

  • Utilize your industry knowledge to drive best-in-class results and improve processes and systems. Communicate complex scientific, medical, and commercial information to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Lead external vendors and challenge them on the rationale behind insights, approach, and overall quality of deliverables. Thrive in addressing ambiguity and shifting priorities, demonstrating urgency in your approach to work.

  • Operate with a high level of independence in operational decisions.

 

Qualifications

To be our Associate Lead – Global Customer Insights, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of pertinent experience in customer insights or consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors 

  • Education from premier (Tier 1) institutions, holding a master's degree in science or management, either from India or abroad are preferred 

  • Strong stakeholder management experience. Atleast 50% of experience in front-end or client facing role involving direct interaction with global or regional brand/commercial/strategy teams or end-users of customer insights or senior leadership 

  • Strong team player, with experience of coaching or collaborating with internal or external teams like vendors 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively navigate a diverse, and international matrix environment

  • Good presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to structure presentations and convey compelling narratives. A keen eye for detail and the ability to elevate data to insights

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the current role

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Insights, and Commercial Operations. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
