We are currently seeking 3 Project Managers at different levels. If this sounds like you, come join us in our Global Intra Logistics & Future Operations Technology department, where we are shaping the future of innovation and operational excellence.
 
The position
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of IT/OT on new production lines. We have a growing project portfolio of both new technol-ogy and expansion projects which requires a solid project management toolbox. 
In addition, you will be instrumental in defining the future of our Project Management Office (PMO), shaping its role and responsibilities to align with our strategic objectives and drive operational excellence. 
 
Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Strong Project leadership to deliver within scope, budget and schedule
  • Leading a group of IT-specialists and project managers
  • Stakeholder collaboration across a cross-functional landscape to ensure expecta-tions are understood and aligned
  • Risk mitigation and communication
  • Together with the team, define the future of our Project Management Office, in-cluding R&R, toolbox, team value proposition, and how we work to align with our strategic objectives

 
Qualifications
 To be considered for this position, we imagine you:

  • Have 3+ years of project management experience, driving large projects with several stakeholders
  • Hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation, or any other relevant field
  • Possess a good understanding of production equipment within the domain of IT and operational technology
  • Have experience with agile methodologies
  • Showcase proficiency in both written and spoken English

 
It would be considered as an advantage if you have experience working in a GMP envi-ronment. 
In addition, please anticipate some amount of travel to our sites and suppliers, including Denmark, Germany, the US, and Canada to support our expansion projects.

About The Department
 
Global Intra Logistics & Future Operations Technology is a growing department, within FPMSAT, consisting of highly skilled people in the domain of vision, MI, robotics, automa-tion, intralogistics, and project execution.
 
We are an innovative department who strives to meet complex needs in the Novo Nordisk production facilities. By utilizing the capabilities and skills in our department, we ensure that Novo Nordisk gain the benefits of modern technology and stay at the fore-front of manufacturing technology.
 
You will be joining our Project Management Office (PMO), which develops and imple-ments the newest technologies and most exciting solutions at Novo Nordisk sites across the world. We stand out as one of the liveliest and most diverse teams you can find, with experts and project managers from various educational backgrounds.
