The Position 
As Quality Partner, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and processes across GCMD. 

Your key activities will include:

  • Driving and improving the Quality Management Review (QMR) Process and quality improvement tasks across GCMD
  • Establishing and maintaining the quality agenda across GCMD, including conducting various quality trainings for employees, leaders, and external suppliers when required
  • Leading and supporting initiatives to cultivate a quality mindset culture across the area by organizing training workshops and knowledge-sharing activities 
  • Driving implementation of corporate quality projects including implementation of new requirements and procedures
  • Monitoring quality KPIs such as Quality Monitoring Trends and Quality Heat Map, communicating any issues to colleagues and leaders to provide solutions 

Your role also involves acting as a trusted business partner to GCMD, providing support and guidance on inspection/audit readiness, including driving audits and inspections in terms of preparation and execution support, as well as representing GCMD in relevant process groups, for quality processes.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you:

  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, chemistry, biology, or another relevant field
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience and success in a similar role, ideally within pharma 
  • Possess solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Have an open mindset towards improving processes and work efficiency within your area of responsibility
  • Display fluency in both spoken and written English

Experience in coaching employees or project managers within a quality context would be a valuable asset, along with a proven ability to set new processes, navigate, and set direction in a new area.  

Additionally, proficiency in Danish is an advantage. 

On a personal level, you are a purpose-driven, strategic individual with strong collaboration and analytical skills. You possess a structured approach to project management, a proactive mindset, and a focus on change management when introducing new ideas. You are agile in reaching out to the right people and being part of a network of specialists, delivering a clear message to your stakeholders. Additionally, you have a natural curiosity to explore new ways of working and setting direction, skillfully collaborating across departments, navigating uncertainties, and improving internal processes.

 

About the Department
You will join the Business Support Department, responsible for driving strategic and functional agendas in GCMD, including strategy, communication, digitalization, IT, Training, cLEAN, Quality and EHS. Dedicated colleagues within each of these functional areas will be our closest colleagues on a day-to-day basis. 

GCMD is a newly established CVP area of approximately 200 employees and leaders dedicated to making a difference for patients with serious chronic diseases. You will also be a part of the Quality Network in External Supply (SVP area of approx. 1200 employees) where you will have the opportunity to get sparring on your area of responsibility and develop your skills and expertise.
