The Position

As a People & Organization Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR processes, including contracts, leave requests, and performance appraisals.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees and managers in resolving employee benefits questions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculation of wages, deductions, and employee benefits programs (including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks).
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile financial records.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, administration or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in human resource management or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent management activities.
  • Advanced English.
  • Excellent communication, strong organisation, attention to details, continuous learning & problem-solving skills.

 

About the Department

You will join the Human Resources department at GBS Mexico, located in Mexico City. Our team is dedicated to supporting the management of Novo Nordisk's human resources by developing strategies and policies to meet business needs. We focus on recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and organisational development.
