The position
In the newly established role as a Senior Project Manager in
Cell Therapy R&D, you will be responsible for monitoring and
capturing timely planning and execution of projects. You will
establish portfolio overviews and drive strategic discussions at
Cell Therapy Leadership Team level, including resource allocation
analysis to support current overviews and future planning.

This position requires flexibility to work across time zones with colleagues sitting in Denmark, US East Coast and US West Coast. You can also expect to travel to the US once a year.

About the department
In Cell Therapy R&D, our mission is to improve the lives
of patients suffering from serious chronic diseases through
innovative stem cell-based therapies. We want to be an industry
leader in this rapidly developing area, which has the potential to
address unmet medical needs in a disease-modifying to curative
approach to serious chronic diseases. As a dedicated
Transformational Research Unit (TRU) since late 2018, we have a
high level of independence, agility, and flexibility. This means
we can combine the speed and agility of a small biotech with the
capabilities of a major pharma company. We cover the full
pharmaceutical value chain, from research to commercial, including
a GMP manufacturing site in Fremont, working in close
collaboration with leading international scientists and colleagues
across Novo Nordisk.
