Novo Nordisk’s reporting acknowledged with two awards in London
On March 24 and 25, Novo Nordisk's 2009 Annual Report was the winner of two awards given out by CorporateRegister, a worldwide resource for corporate responsibility reporting, and JustMeans, a corporate social responsibility news service.
Corporate Responsibility (CR) Reporting Awards 2011
On Thursday, March 24, our 2009 Annual Report was named the Best Report for Openness & Honesty at the CR Reporting Awards 2011. The CR Reporting Awards are given based on internet voting results involving approximately 35,000 people.
Susan Blesener, director, corporate accountability, and Cora Olsen, data manager, received both awards on behalf of Novo Nordisk.
2011 Social Innovation Awards
On Friday, March 25, Novo Nordisk's 2009 Annual Report received an award for Best Integrated Report. The award acknowledges our success in presenting both financial and non-financial dimensions of performance together in an integrated format.

The CR Reporting Awards are the only annual, global awards for Corporate Responsibility reporting. They identify and acknowledge the best CR reports across nine categories, five of which are for specific 'transparency aspects' such as carbon disclosure.
