The hiring process at Novo Nordisk

Our HR department collects all applications and distributes them to the relevant line manager, who evaluates the applications and selects the candidates for interview. The number of interviews varies according to job type and number of applicants. Typically, a candidate will to attend 2-3 interviews before signing a contract.

Before filling academic and management positions we will ask the best-qualified candidates to fill in a personality test. Our Human Resources department will undertake the second interview, and give feedback on the test.

When the interviews are over, the candidates are evaluated and the best-qualified candidate receives a job offer.
