Application process
Our Graduate recruitment campaign is a very intensive process starting in early January and ending at the end of March. By this time everyone who has applied with us during January and February will have received a final answer from us.
We start by reviewing CV’s and inviting selected candidates to participate in a telephone interview.
Based on this interview some candidates will be asked to take part in an intensive interview workshop at our recruitment centre in Copenhagen, Denmark. Here, the candidates will create business cases, play problem-solving games and give presentations.
We choose the graduates we believe are best suited to the programme, based on our impression from the interviews and assessments activities.
