Novo Nordisk is developing a glyco-pegulated long acting derivative of rFVIIa and a potential next generation derivative of NovoSeven® in the treatment of haemophilia patients with inhibitors. With its long duration of action, it is intended to enable prevention of bleeding for the patient.
