Unscrew the Penfill® holder.
Turn the return mechanism clockwise until the piston rod is completely retracted. Never push the piston rod back.
Put the Penfill® cartridge into the Penfill® holder. The cap goes in first.
Screw the mechanical section and the Penfill® holder tightly together.
You are now ready for suspension.
