Use the injection technique your doctor or nurse has shown you.
Inject the dose by pressing the push button fully down.
Leave the needle under the skin for at least 6 seconds.
Pull out the needle.
Put on the outer needle cap.
Unscrew the needle and discard it carefully.
Put on the cap.
