Resuspension is only relevant if you use cloudy insulin. If you use clear insulin proceed to the next step.
Before using InnoLet® the first time and before every injection: move InnoLet® slowly up and down at least 10 times so that the glass ball inside the reservoir moves from one end to the other until the liquid appears uniformly white and cloudy.
Inject immediately hereafter. For any injection there must be at least 12 units left in the reservoir to give the glass ball space to move when shaking the insulin. If there is less than 12 units left, InnoLet® must not be used. |
