Global programme
The International Business Graduate Programme for newly graduated master’s students is a 2-year programme. During this time you will explore the company and develop your personal and professional skills through 3 job rotations. The journey starts in your home country (see list of affiliates and business areas below). Next rotation will take you to our headquarters in Denmark and the last rotation will bring you back to a country with in the business region you started in.
The Business Graduate Programme will give you the opportunity to learn valuable skills as you work across different business areas and countries to accomplish your goals. With each rotation you’ll face new challenges and gain knowledge and experience, while at the same time expanding your professional network for your future career.
After finishing the programme, our graduates are hired in positions ranging from executive assistants to internal consultants, specialists and international project managers.
Requirements
To join the Business Graduate Programme you will need a recent master’s degree in economics, management, international business, marketing or a related field. We are looking for local talents who are results-oriented, ambitious and able to adapt to change. As a candidate you will have worked for no more than 1 year since finishing your studies. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment.

Structure of the programme
The International Operations Business graduate programme is a 2-year journey consisting of three 8-month rotations. The rotations will take place in the local country you apply for, then you work at our headquarters in Denmark and finally last rotation is in one of our business regions or in the local affiliate you started in.
With each rotation you’ll face new challenges and gain knowledge and experience, while at the same time expanding your professional network for your future career. During this time you will explore the company and learn the Novo Nordisk Way .
After successfully completing the programme you will embark on your career at Novo Nordisk with a permanent position - perhaps as an executive assistant, internal consultant, specialist or international project manager. Your broad network and international experience from the programme will enable global career opportunities.

International Operations is one of the five regions within Novo Nordisk Operations representing the larger part of the world’s geography that includes South America, Africa, Middle East, Russia & CIS-markets, Asia and Australia. With a current population of 4.5 billion people and expected diabetes burden of 300 million by 2030 (representing 60% of the diabetes population) we are committed to Changing Diabetes and changing the lives of people with haemophilia.

Business area Africa, Gulf, India (BAAGI) – based in Dubai
Covering Africa, the Gulf and India, Novo Nordisks BAAGI region represents 66 countries, including 9 affiliate offices (India, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Gulf, Egypt, Middle Africa, South Africa & Libya) and the regional office in Dubai. Scope of the programme
The International Operations Business graduate programme consists of three rotations of 8-months, with each period enhancing your business understanding. All Graduates in the International Operations Business Programme will go through the following streams:
- Project Management
- Marketing and Sales
- Finance
During the two years as a graduate you will explore the company and learn the Novo Nordisk Way in 3 different geographical locations. The 3 rotations will take place in the local country you apply for, our headquarters in Denmark and in one of our business regions or in the local affiliate you started in.
After finishing the programme, our graduates are hired in positions ranging from executive assistants to internal consultants, specialists and international project managers.
Who you are
To join the International Operations Business graduate programme you must hold a master's degree in a relevant subject, for example within economics, management, international business, marketing or a related field.
You have an outstanding academic record and came top of your class. Only recently graduated, you have no more than 1 year of work experience and you have an excellent command of both spoken and written English.
You are a local talent who is results-oriented, ambitious and able to adapt to change. You are a great team player and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment.
